Valora Spas sells large hot tubs, saunas, and wellness equipment. Shipping is confirmed case by case because freight cost depends on the product size, packing, destination address or port, route, quantity, and local receiving conditions.

How Freight Is Quoted

  • Share the model, quantity, delivery country/city, and full address or destination port.
  • We check product packing size, available route, estimated freight, and quotation terms.
  • The final quotation confirms product price, shipping estimate or destination terms, payment method, and expected timeline.

Delivery Boundary

We do not promise local installation, onsite service, or final placement service. Large-item receiving, unloading, moving from curb/port/warehouse to the final position, electrical work, and site construction should be arranged by the buyer with local professionals.

Before Delivery

  • Confirm access width, turns, stairs, elevator limits, ground conditions, and unloading equipment.
  • Prepare a stable foundation, drainage plan, and electrical route before the product arrives.
  • For ports or international freight, confirm customs/import handling with your forwarder or local broker.

Damage or Missing Items

Please inspect the packaging and product as soon as it arrives. If there is visible damage or a missing item, take photos/videos before moving or using the product and contact us promptly with your order number.
