Valora Spas FAQ

Use this page to choose the right hot tub or sauna, understand quotation and freight, and prepare for setup. We keep support practical: manuals, videos, remote guidance, and clear order confirmation before you pay.

Choosing the Right Product

How do I choose between a hot tub and a sauna?

Choose a hot tub if you want warm-water soaking, hydrotherapy jets, and social relaxation. Choose a sauna if you prefer dry or steam-style heat, compact wellness routines, and lower water-care requirements. If you are building a resort, villa, or wellness room, many projects use both as complementary experiences.

What information should I send before asking for a recommendation?

Please send the product type, expected number of users, indoor or outdoor location, available space, country/region, and whether you are a homeowner, dealer, or project buyer. Photos or a simple floor/site sketch help us guide model fit.

Can Valora help with custom configurations?

Yes. Depending on the model, we can discuss shell/cabinet colors, seating layout, jets, heater/electrical options, sauna wood type, glass, lighting, and accessory packages. Final availability is confirmed in the quotation.

Hot Tub Basics

What size hot tub should I buy?

For couples or small patios, start with 2–3 person models. For families, rental villas, and social use, consider 5–6 person layouts. Also check access path, foundation size, service clearance, and local electrical preparation before choosing.

What makes hot tub ownership easier?

A good cover, simple water testing routine, clean filters, and stable electrical/foundation preparation make ownership easier. We can provide model manuals and remote guidance after the order is confirmed.

Do hot tubs need plumbing?

Most portable hot tubs are filled and drained with a hose or suitable drainage method. They still require proper electrical preparation, a level load-bearing base, drainage planning, and safe access around equipment panels.

Sauna Basics

What should I confirm before buying a sauna?

Confirm indoor/outdoor use, room or site dimensions, ventilation, floor protection, heater type, electrical requirements, user capacity, and whether the project needs a traditional sauna, infrared sauna, barrel sauna, or commercial wellness solution.

Can saunas be used outdoors?

Some sauna models are suitable for outdoor use, but the foundation, weather protection, drainage, electrical route, and local building/electrical rules must be planned by the buyer and local professionals.

How should sauna wood be maintained?

Keep the sauna ventilated and dry after use, wipe benches regularly, avoid harsh chemicals, and follow the model manual. Outdoor wood may need periodic care depending on climate and finish.

Quotation, Orders & Payment

Why is shipping not included in the product price?

Hot tubs and saunas are large freight items. Shipping depends on destination address or port, packing size, route, service level, and order quantity. We confirm freight after you share the delivery destination.

What is included in a quotation?

A quotation normally confirms model, configuration, product price, estimated freight or destination terms, payment method, production or dispatch timeline, warranty reference, and support documents. The final quotation controls the order details.

Do you support bulk, dealer, or project orders?

Yes. For dealers, resorts, builders, and wellness projects, we can discuss mixed models, container planning, product sheets, and phased quotation. Start with your target market, quantity, and destination port.

Shipping & Delivery

Where can you ship?

We review shipping case by case after receiving the destination address or port. Large-item freight may require local unloading equipment, customs/import handling, and site access planning by the buyer.

Do you provide placement service or local installation?

No. Valora does not promise local installation, onsite service, or final placement service. We provide product information, manuals, videos, and remote guidance. Buyers should arrange local licensed electrical work, unloading, moving, and installation when needed.

What should I check before freight delivery?

Check access width, stairs, turns, ground condition, crane/forklift needs, storage space, local import requirements, and who will receive and inspect the shipment. Report visible damage immediately with photos.

Setup & Site Preparation

What foundation does a hot tub need?

A hot tub needs a flat, stable, load-bearing base such as a properly prepared concrete pad or engineered deck. The buyer should confirm structural capacity, drainage, and local code requirements with local professionals.

Who handles electrical work?

Electrical work must be handled by the buyer’s qualified local electrician according to the product manual and local regulations. Never use an extension cord for a hot tub or sauna heater.

Can you guide setup remotely?

Yes. We can provide manuals, videos, checklists, and online support to help your local team understand product requirements. Remote guidance is not a substitute for licensed local electrical or construction work.

Maintenance

How do I maintain hot tub water?

Follow the model manual and local water-care product instructions. Typical care includes testing water, balancing sanitizer and pH, rinsing filters, using a cover, and draining/refilling when needed based on use and water condition.

How often should filters be cleaned or replaced?

Rinse filters regularly and clean them according to the manual. Replacement timing depends on usage, water quality, and filter condition. Keep spare filters for easier maintenance.

How do I protect the product when not in use?

Use the correct cover, keep ventilation/drainage clear, maintain water or wood care as instructed, and follow winter or long-idle procedures from the manual.

Warranty & Support

What warranty comes with my product?

Warranty coverage varies by model, component, and confirmed order terms. Please check the final quotation, warranty card, and product manual for exact coverage.

How do I make a support or warranty claim?

Contact us with order number, model, serial number if available, clear photos/videos, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and guide next steps remotely.

What is not covered?

Common exclusions include improper installation, incorrect electrical supply, misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized modification, shipping damage not reported promptly, normal wear, and cosmetic issues after acceptance. Final terms are confirmed with the order.

Dealer & Project Inquiries

What should dealers send for faster quotation?

Send target models, estimated quantity, destination port, preferred price level, showroom/project use case, and any compliance or documentation needs. We can help prepare a clearer product comparison for your market.

Can you provide product sheets or media?

Yes, available materials depend on model and confirmed business use. Contact us with the collection you are interested in and we will share suitable product information.

Still deciding?

Send the product you like, your destination address or port, and your buyer type. We will guide the next step without pressure.
